Back pain is one of the most common illness that affect the quality of life of many people. Back pain result from any spinal injury, and most case from too much tension over muscles that support the spine. Usually this pain cause several stiffness, weakness, and tenderness over all spinal structures which give discomfort.
There are several way of treatment that help to alleviate the pain . one of the most important methods is doing a right program of exercises which help to build up back muscles. However , the spine is complex and each person with back pain has different causes and symptoms. Is verry important that each person has an assessment from his doctor before beginning to do a lot of exercises. Also, several exercises methods could cause more pain. For example several yoga poses and movements where the spine is bend increase the injury . Besides, several exercises done in the gym could cause more strain and tenderness over back structures.
Finally, a good advice is to avoid doing back-bending exercises and try to use a good exercise program like gentle strengthening and stretching exercises , ending with some techniques of relaxation.

It must be wonderful to have so much useful knowledge about the human body. Have you yourself ever experienced back pain? So far, I've been lucky, but I know from others how incredibly painful it can be.
Claudia, I'm sorry, but I won't work on the grammar on your blog. That's not the point of the blog. Before you post your blog, you can can read it, and when you find some errors, you can correct them. You could also print out your blog yourself and edit it for errors. If you want someone to check it after that, you should take it to the Writing Center, as I've suggested. If you have specific questions about specific words or sentences, you can bring your questions to class, and I'll help you. I will tell you that in the blog I just read, you have a number of subject verb agreement, plural, and missing subject errors. See if you can find them.
